A familiar name leads to a tyre review, Stu and his CST CM-A1 Ride Ambro.

Take a seat, go on, get comfy... I have a little story to tell you.

Dealing with a lot of orders means we see a lot of names, we get a lot of Daves, a lot of Mikes, and no offence to the many Daves and Mikes, but they don't stand out on a long list of names... but one name that jumped out at me was Stuart Unique-Surname.

That's not his real surname, but trust me, it is a unique surname... and I went to school with Stuart Unique-Surname, so we had a little chat and a catch up and why doesn't he look as old as I do? Does he drink Oil of Olay? That's not relevant right now, let's talk tyres...

Stuart hard ordered a pair of CST CM-A1 Ride Ambro to go onto his 1200cc Yamaha Tenere... and this isn't his first pair. Stuart racks up the miles on his trusty steed and he wants good value from his tyres.

And, he gets it..... getting 10,000 miles from his CSTs.

Ten .... Thousand.... on a big 1200cc bike... !

At the time of writing this, the tyres are around £150 for the pair, including delivery... which works out at 1.5 pence per mile. In context... if I can get my Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 tyres to last 3000 miles, then Stuart will be getting 7x better value than me. AND HE SOMEHOW LOOKS YOUNG.

Just bought my 2nd pair of CST Ride Ambro tyres from Sticky Stuff. The last pair did 10,195 miles and could have done at least 1,000 more.
Thanks to Sticky Stuff for their well informed advice/help. Very friendly team, especially Ian who processed my order very quickly. Speedy delivery too.
