Sticky Stuff Tyres has grown.

Growth means being busier, and being busier means we need to work more efficiently at what we do.

The orders we can deal with efficiently come from you magnificient people who know what you want, you find what you want in our store, you pay, we post it, nice and easy.

You guys are great, and as a bonus, you help us spare some time for that phone call coming in which says .... "Hi I have a 1967 AJP 125 Special, a previous owner has fitted a 18" rear wheel off some Yamaha and the front is a 19" off a Suzuki and I can't find tyres anywhere, can you help?"

And we want to help! We don't want to end up being a big corporation without the time, interest or facility to help individuals.

We are bikers, we love keeping bikers biking and that means we have to keep a balance between making money to grow the company, and to keep the personal touch with out fellow 2 wheeled enthusiasts.

Efficient use of data is vital on both sides of the balancing scales. We have to process the straight forward orders fast and with accuracy .... and we need to have the information in order to help Mr AJP-125-Custom-Special.

In a perfect world we would have every valid pair size combination in every tyre there is, but we are always adding new tyres, new combinations to suit new motorbikes being released and also discovering some obscure pair combination that we didn't know of until now.

Recently a customer contacted us via ebay trying to find tyres for his Royal Enfield 500 which came on 909019 front and 1009019 rear. We had nothing in a pair offer for him.... so we made some!

Although his options were very limited, there were options including some that aren't in stock right now.... but we put that pair combo together ready for when stock does come in, and the next rider with those sizes will be able to find tyres easier than ever before.

So that's what we do..... we keep bikers biking, the ones who know their sizes and know what they want, and those who need a bit of help and advice. Balance.
