Matts Grand Review On the Bridgestone Battlax T32 Sports touring tyre

Matts Grand Review On the Bridgestone Battlax T32 Sports touring tyre

so then! Currently on my tyre testing i have used Bridgestone BT023 and Pirelli Angel GT's. but now its time to try out the Bridgestone Battlax T32.

The Sciencey Bit...

Bridgestone state that the improvements from the Bridgestone Battlax T31 :

  • New Pulse Groove pattern design technology
  • 7% shorter braking distance in wet conditions
  • 13% bigger contact patch on the rear tyre
  • Also GT versions Advalible

First Impressions

My first impressions of this tyre are extremely positive. Not only does it boast a sleek and aesthetically pleasing tread pattern, but it also exudes quality and durability. The design is both eye-catching and practical, promising excellent performance on the road.

I'm eagerly anticipating the moment I can mount these tyres on my bike and experience the difference firsthand. The rubber feels impressively firm on both the sidewall and the profile, giving me confidence that these tyres will stand up to the rigors of long-distance riding. Their robust construction reassures me that I'll get excellent mileage and reliable performance in various conditions.

The Scrubbing in!

The first 100 dry miles have been a bit elusive since I fitted the new tyres, as the weather has been persistently wet. However, I'm thrilled to report that I've experienced no slips or slides, which is fantastic. Even when I've pushed the tyres a bit more than I probably should have, they've held up remarkably well. This reliability in wet conditions gives me great confidence in their overall performance and durability. I'm excited to see how they'll handle once the roads dry up and I can really put them to the test.

The wet grip

Driving on wet roads can be treacherous. Statistics show that a significant number of accidents occur during rainy conditions, often due to reduced visibility and traction. Proper wet grip can make the difference between a safe stop and a dangerous skid. Bridgestone takes pride in the all-weather grip of the T32, thanks to its innovative pulse groove pattern. As an all-weather rider, I rely heavily on the tyres to keep me safe and upright. The T32's superior traction gives me the confidence to tackle wet conditions with ease.

From day to day comuting in all weather to traveling around the country the Bridgestone T32 have been up for the challenge. They have proformed to its best level and have kept me the right way up no matter where i have gone.

Recently i have found that i have spent several hours and miles on motorways and this has made the tyres square off a bit however this has not affected the cornering of theis tyre. i still enjoy throwing the bike into the twistys
